Makes 4 chaffles:


Per chaffle:

INGREDIENTS:


2 eggs

2 egg whites

½ cup shredded cheddar

2 tbsp almond flour

1 green onion, chopped

Salt and pepper

 

DIRECTIONS:


1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Stirring until well combined.

2. Heat a small dash or waffle iron. When heated, spray with nonstick spray. Sprinkle some cheese on the bottom. Then pour batter on top being sure not to overfill. Top with a light sprinkle of more cheese on top. Close and let sit until light goes off (or about 3 min). Repeat until batter is out.
