MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:


2 cups shredded chicken

½ cup Greek yogurt 

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers

¼ small red onion, petite diced

¼ cup kalamata olives, halved

½ cup feta cheese

½ tbsp fresh dill, chopped

½ lemon, juiced

Salt and Pepper

 

Directions:


1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a fork until well combined.
