MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded chicken
½ cup Greek yogurtÂ
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
¼ small red onion, petite diced
¼ cup kalamata olives, halved
½ cup feta cheese
½ tbsp fresh dill, chopped
½ lemon, juiced
Salt and Pepper
