INGREDIENTS:
Special Sauce:
1/4 cup reduced fat Mayo
1 Tbsp ketchup
1-2 tsp yellow mustard
1 Tbsp dill pickle relish with 1 tbsp pickle juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
Splash of cayenne (optional for spice)
Burger Meat:
1 lb lean ground beef, grass-fed preferred (can sub turkey or chicken here)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
Bowls (divide by 4):
4 cups lettuce, chopped -romaine preferred (I ran out and used arugula/spinach)
chopped tomatoes
Pickled red onions, I love @mezzetta
Chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup lite shredded cheese, cheddar preferred
1 cup roasted sweet potatoes, (I prefer to buy frozen bag and heat them in air fryer)
Directions:
1. Make special sauce by combining all ingredients under special sauce.
2. Sauté meat with olive oil spray. Add seasonings and stir until cooked through.
3. Assemble bowls. Lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, red onions, burger meat, cheese, and sweet potatoes. Drizzle with 1 tbsp special sauce.
