This 4 ingredient steak fried cauliflower rice recipe comes together quick, has minimal ingredients, and is loaded with protein and fiber!

INGREDIENTS:
8 oz of grass-fed sirloin or similar cut
4 cups Trader Joe's Cauliflower Stir Fry
2 eggs, beaten
1-2tbsp coconut aminos
2 cups broccoli, roasted in oven or air fryer (optional)
Sesame seeds and green onions (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a heavy bottom skillet, heat olive oil spray over medium high heat. Heavily season steak with salt and pepper. Once pipping hot, sear on one side for 3-4 min. Flip and sear for 3-4 more min or until preferred temperature. Remove from pan and let sit.
In the same pan, add more olive oil spray. Add the cauliflower stir fry and cook until tender and starting to harden on bottom of pan. Scramble eggs in separate bowl. Make a well in center of pan. Spray more spray. Add eggs and scramble until cooked through. Turn on low heat.
Chop steak into chunks. Add back to pan with juices. Add roasted broccoli (if using). Add coconut aminos and combine!!
Serve in bowls with sesame seeds, green onions, and sriracha.
